Brail is built by AstraBrava, LLC. We take privacy seriously, especially because our product serves people with low vision. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What We Collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• Email address (required)
• Interest category (optional, e.g. "potential user" or "investor")

That's it. No cookies, no tracking pixels, no analytics scripts.

How We Use It

• To send you a confirmation email when you sign up
• To notify you of product updates and launch milestones
• To understand what types of people are interested in Brail

Where It's Stored

Your email is stored in Resend (our email service provider) and processed through a Cloudflare Worker. Both services are SOC 2 compliant. Data is stored in the United States.

What We Don't Do

• We don't sell your data. Ever.
• We don't use cookies or tracking scripts on this site.
• We don't collect health information through this website.
• We don't share your email with third parties for marketing.

Your Rights

You can request to:

• Delete your data at any time
• Access your data (we'll tell you what we have)
• Unsubscribe from any email we send

If you're in California (CCPA) or the EU (GDPR), you have additional rights including data portability and the right to opt out of data sales (we don't sell data, so this is already satisfied).
